  The food was good but that's it. Customer service is appalling. Table service means they give you a number to display on your table but you have to go to the counter to collect your order. In a service area where at least 40 people were seated and had ordered, EVERY hot beverage was served in a takeaway paper cup. (Might was to consider the environment impact as well as cost of consumables) One of the waitresses was walking around with her sunglasses on her head like she was waiting for her break to go lay on a beach with a face like she was sucking on alemon from her Margherita. The other young lady was on go-slow and didn't crack a smile the whole time. They spent more time chatting and wiping a bench (over & over in the same spot-classic trying-to-look-busy) than engaging with customers. The young man seemed to be the only one with a personality. Nice new place but the lack of customer service is glaringly obvious. Not a great impression to make on those visiting the area.

  Our flight has been delayed over 4 hours and the staff reopened the kitchen after they had closed it (and cleaned it I think) to provided a limited menu to all of the customers here. All seemed to be in good spirits given the longer day so that's pretty awesome! Food good as well. Bar service also stayed open ☺

  Okay, so I admit I've only ever had breakfast here due to early flights but each time the service has been excellent and the food superb! The chef really seems to take care and pride... bravo!
